Why You Should Create a Household Budget

If you have been reading this blog for some time and want to save money - but have not created a budget - then a big "Why Not?" is due. It is time to stop looking at a budget as some kind of tedious and worthless task.

The truth is that a budget may be just the thing you are looking for in order to discover the money that you could save every month. Unfortunately, for some, it looks like a shovel - even when you point the way to the gold. They think it is too much work.

A budget, however, is the key to your financial pot of gold. Don't look to the lottery, an inheritance that may never come, or a handout.
