What's Your Money Personality?

What's Your Money Personality?
There's a new quiz out from Visa that allows you to grade your personality on certain money questions & then at the end it tells you a bit about how you scored.

On the first page of the quiz are three rulers and you slide the arrow to the statement that best decribes you. For example, under "Acquisition" you can agree with "I choose to have a minimum wage job because money is the root of all evil" on one end, or "I'd break the law to make more money!" on the other end, or choose one of the phrases in between.

It's not as much fun as some other Internet quizzes because it doesn't just give you a paragraph or two at the end that sums up your personality. However, it does give you a label for each of the three rulers--all three of mine were "Secure" meaning I don't have any serious money issues.

That's boring so I re-did the quiz a couple other times to see what they'd say about me if I made extreme choices. I chose to be an avoidant, micro-managing miser first, and was told twice by the quiz to consider counseling. On the other extreme, I elected to be an insatiable, chaotic overspender--this time the quiz told me three different times that I should seek counseling.

I got to thinking about the tags afterward and wondering if certain combinations ever occur. Could you think that money is evil and yet be a compulsive overspender? Could you have an insatiable need for money yet be a miser about spending it? (Well, yes, I think we all know someone a little like this.)

Anyway, if you like these kind of things, go give it a try.
