Suze Orman is a Rich Lesbian
So the news is out that personal finance guru Suze Orman is gay. And it's killing her pocketbook.

Seems if she could marry her partner kathylinks Travis they could avoid some nasty estate taxes upon either of them dying. Not sure how much cash Kathy Travis has, but it seems Orman has a net worth of $25 million and $7 mil in real estate assets. She also has about a million she plays the stock market with just for fun, as she doesn't care if she loses that much.

I don't think the average person will turn away from Orman's financial advice upon finding out she is a lesbian. In fact, it might make some people like her better. But it's certainly possible they might think her riches have put her out of touch with how the average person lives. Can Orman really give sound personal advice when she has so much money that a million dollars is play money for the stock market?

Either way, it's nice to have some juicy personal finance gossip. This isn't normally an industry that has a lot of Britney Spearsish drama. Thanks Suze!
