Noted investing blogger Charles Kirk has busted out his latest list of "Spooky Stocks"-stocks you'll want to avoid in dark alleys or in your portfolio over the coming year. Among the villains are some names you may know:

* Finish Line (FINL)
* Circuit City (CC)
* Restoration Hardware (RSTO)
* Krispy Kreme (KKD)
* Delia's (DLIA)

Kirk also had readers supply some of their picks, but it seems most of them just took the opportunity to rip companies they didn't like for one reason or another, such as Amazon, Apple, Crocs, etc. Not sure how much thought went into those.

Check out the list if you're a trader, but don't get too close.
