Save Money on Groceries by Sticking to Your List

You've heard it said that if you aim at nothing, you will be sure to hit it. This is also true in grocery shopping, except that it could be changed to if you don't take any steps to save money on groceries - you will certainly accomplish it.

You can save money on your grocery shopping by keeping an ongoing list on the side of your refrigerator. Then, the next time you go grocery shopping take this list with you and stick to buying only what you need. Watch out for those "extras!"

Also, before you go, look for coupons for those specific items. It would be a good idea to find your favorite coupon source online and then bookmark them to enable you to go through them faster. Saving money does not have to be difficult - but it will take consistency and time to develop the habit.
