Save Money by Buying Bulk with a Friend
© philcampbell

You can buy bulk at stores that sell that way and save money. While I have already mentioned this, I want to mention now that if you do not need the larger quantities, you can split them with a friend – each of you paying half – or some other arrangement.

This gives you the savings of buying in bulk, and allows you to get larger quantities of things that you may not need in bulk – but still at bulk prices. You can buy in bulk and save money at places like Sam's Club, farmer's markets, and other stores. Then, all you need is a friend who is interested in similar foods and you can start saving more money on things you buy regularly.

I buy regularly from COSTCO. I find that I often buy much more than I need though. I never thought about splitting the contents of the shopping spree with a friend! What a novel idea!

I also find that I spend less when I use gift cards. I know that I have a set limit and thats all I can afford. Check out http://www.giftcardrescue.com for a great selection of gift cards! Buy and sell gift cards there too!
