Interesting to me, maybe to you, too...

1. I own a mutual fund that makes all its buying and selling decisions based solely on a set formula, and it beats the pants off others that let emotion creep into the mix. So I liked this article.

2. Nothing financial about this, just an interesting article on how new Internet-fueled jukeboxes in bars offer huge song selection, but bother some people who love the thought of a well-chosen jukebox that adds to the personality of the establishment in which it resides.

3. Student loan rates are leaping, but you can lock in lower rates before July 1.

4. New IRS decisions are making it easier for older people to "gift" some money in the form of paying others' college tuitions.

5. Not trying to plug a business, but I love to see real estate agents going to flat-fee pricing--this agent admits she didn't do any extra work to buy/sell higher-priced properties, but got paid more to do so.

6. I've never understood much about credit unions. Here's a bit of a primer that could help you decide if they're worth exploring.

7. Stacy's looking for some advice on 401(k) vs. IRA rollovers. Any thoughts you'd like to share?
