My Timing on Buying iPods Really Stinks
I bought an iPod Nano about 3 weeks ago. It was my second one - and the second time I've made my purchase right before Apple slashes the prices.

The first time, I had just bought the 4GB Nano, and then they lowered the prices - if I'd waited a couple more weeks, I could've gotten the 8GB Nano for the same price I paid (or gotten the 4GB cheaper).

This time I bought the 8GB Nano for what the 4GB Nano used to cost. If I'd waited a few weeks I could've gotten the 16 GB Nano for that same price - and in purple!

I can't really say I have buyer's remorse - but from now on I'm keeping a closer eye on when Steve Jobs is scheduled to speak publicly, and I will not buy any Apple product for at least a month prior.
