Two-inspired money savers:

As the post's title asserts, this was a Very Frugal Saturday: "...went to book store and with store credits, buy 2 get one sale, and an additional 15% off coupon, got 3 seasons of TV series (regular price $130, I paid with my credit card $1.76). Next went to see a movie, paid $0 (free movie coupon online courtesy Johnny Walker liquors)" That's only the beginning. This guy was on a roll.

Garage sales are always best in the wealthy neighborhoods: "I spent $21.75, which includes: * $5 on a cat carrier ($25 new), * $3 on a mitre saw and mitre box, * $5 on an unused set of rapidograph pens ($90 new at Amazon!)..."
