Is Alan Greenspan Listening?

They were piling on yesterday. It seems everyone has an answerlinks to Chairman Greenspan's "conundrum" over the behavior of the yield curve. Yesterday we highlighted on answer to this puzzle. Well it just so happens I came across another answer. I wonder if the Maestro surfs the net in his off hours to see what others are thinking.

Howard Simons, over at TheStreet.com, takes a shot at cracking the conundrum wide open.

I can't really pull any illustrative quote because Howard hits upon a few areas that are tied together to effectively create Greenspan's apprarent conundrum. Just go read the article.

Warning, this stuff gets a bit heady regarding bond esoterica but stick with it because it's interesting stuff.
