At the risk of sounding like a Geico commercial, one way to save money in hard times is to revisit your insurance. Think of the policies you have: home owner, life, auto. How long has it been since you looked at your rates and shopped around a little. Do you still need as much life insurance today as you did when you took out the policy? More importantly, can you get a better deal?
